1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Activio Slimming Studio website and all treatments, services, and programmes offered at our studio located at 91 11th Street, Parkmore, Sandton, Gauteng, 2196, South Africa. By booking a treatment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked via our online booking platform (Booksy) or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or telephone. A booking constitutes an agreement between you and Activio Slimming Studio for the selected treatment at the scheduled time.

  • Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a pre-payment requirement for future bookings.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website and promotional materials are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Activio Slimming Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, although any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the previous price.

  • Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, card payments, and EFT transfers.
  • Promotional offers and package deals are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Treatments & Results

Activio Slimming Studio offers non-invasive body contouring, IV therapy, skin treatments, and medical weight loss consultations. While our treatments are designed to support your wellness and aesthetic goals, please note:

  • Individual results may vary depending on factors such as body composition, metabolism, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
  • No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
  • Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. Your therapist will conduct a consultation to assess your suitability.

5. Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical history, conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment. Failure to disclose such information may affect the safety and efficacy of your treatment, and Activio Slimming Studio shall not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed information.

6. Medical Treatments

Certain treatments offered by Activio Slimming Studio, including but not limited to GLP-1 weight loss programmes, fat melting injections, and IV drip therapies, are administered under the supervision of qualified medical professionals. These treatments:

  • Require a thorough medical screening and consultation before administration.
  • Are prescribed only when clinically appropriate.
  • Carry inherent risks which will be explained to you during your consultation.
  • Must be accompanied by signed informed consent forms.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

  • Completed treatments are non-refundable.
  • Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual with written consent from the original purchaser.
  • In the event of a service complaint, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, offer a re-treatment or alternative resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Activio Slimming Studio or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Activio Slimming Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific treatment in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
